The Red Carnation Ball 2012
The Red Carnation Ball will take place on Saturday Febuary the 18th. You must RSVP by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Sunday February the 12th as this form will automatically close at that date and time. We will be meeting at Tau Kappa Epsilon at 63 Wachusett St. at 5:45 pm. We will be leaving for The Beechwood Hotel at 6:30. We expect to be arriving at the Beechwood Hotel at 7 pm with food served around 7:30 pm. Your choices for meals are as follows:
- Beef: Sliced Roast New York Sirloin with Caramelized Shallot Sauce
- Chicken: Brown Sugar Cajun Grilled Chicken
- Vegetarian: Vegetarian Pasta Primavera
