The Red Carnation Ball 2010
The Red Carnation Ball will take place on Febuary 20th, please RSVP by the 12th. We will be meeting at Tau Kappa Epsilon at 63 Wachusett St. at 5:45 pm. We will be leaving for The DCU Center at 6:30. Your choices for meals are
1. Beef:
Sliced Beef Tenderloin - sliced beef tenderloin served with porcini mushrooms in cabernet demi-glaze
- served with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus
2. Chicken:
Parmesan Encrusted Chicken - drizzled with marsala wine sauce
- served with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus
3. Vegetarian:
Three cheese ravioli - drizzled with sweet pepper tomato cream sauce
- served with asparagus
